Exercise, physio and looking to the future

Make sure you do this!!! Every morning  I seem to wake up stiff but the arm exercise, walking and spiroball all seem to help come the afternoon. Finally learning not to panic that my lung has collapsed in the night and to just focus on getting fit again.  One thing for sure is this has definitely made me want to do more to take care of my body and increase my fitness. That's the goal for when I'm through this :)
